The programming at CrossFit Citrine is called General Physical Preparedness (GPP) which is basically getting fit for whatever life throws at you. Our specialty is not specializing, which is what prevents fitness plateaus and increases mental stimulation. Here you will move the way your body was designed to move.

Coach Ashlynn / Owner
Ashlynn found CrossFit in 2012 and after the first week knew it was something she had to share with everyone. Her favorite part about coaching is when she helps people unlock athletic abilities they didn’t know existed. Ashlynn has many certifications in CrossFit including CrossFit Level 2, CrossFit Masters and CrossFit Kids.
Coach Billie / Owner
Coach Billie is a CrossFit Level 2 Certified Trainer, loves Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & Martial Arts, and enjoys quiet time with his family whenever he’s not at the gym. Billie says his favorite part about being a Coach is finding ways to help people achieve their goals.
